These Beautiful Teflon Shoulder Washers were designed by San Martin Tattoo and fit most tattoo machines with at least .250” ( 9/32” ) hole on the machine frame. Teflon is a superior insulating material, which is greater than fiber or plastic that is commonly found on most Tattoo Machines. Teflon Washers outside diameter is .375” (3/8”) the inside diameter of the center hole is .193” which is the standard size for Tattoo machines screws used, which are 8/32 and M4.The Shoulder on the washer extends .080” These beauties are used on all Rotary Machines or the Rear Binding post of Coil Machines. *See Large Teflon & Super Shoulder Washer as well.

These Beautiful Brass “S” clips are a San Martin Tattoo innovation. They clip the ends of the clip cord together to make the plastic covering insertion a breeze. These clips save time and money. Simply put each end of the clips into the “S”, this will allow you to slide the clip cord right through the plastic tubing, thus protecting the clip cord from contamination. Easy and fast insertions made possible!

Simply the Best Swiss made (MAXON) DC motors with brushes for rotary machines. Used by professionals worldwide to create the most beautiful functioning rotary machines on the planet. These are designed for use on 1 to 9 needle configurations. Gently pushing the needle into the skin, creating a seemingly smooth effect. These are those professional motors. They have a softer hit than most rotary motors on the market; therefore making them great for smaller needle configuration or an excellent liner. All rotary machines should have some sort of dampening system. Voltage use: 3.5v through 5.5v (machines cannot be ran above 5.5v or motors will fail). Machines will run all day long at 5.5 volts and remain cool. Typical volts for tattooing application with these motors are: 4.8 - 5.3v lining, 4.5 - 5.5v shading and 4 - 4.8 coloring. Keep in mind that the “hit” and “throw” (force and length of the throw) does not change on rotary machines, unless a dampening system is incorporated. Increasing voltage only increases the speed of rotary machines. All motors are tested prior to leaving San Martin Tattoo Mfg.

Vibration Dampener for Coil Gap 1/8”

These pieces of synthetic material are use in between Coils that have a gap. Some machines are fabricated with a slight gap between coils. However, it’s preferred to have machines fabricated without a gap. In fact, the coils once installed should fit tightly together to support each other in the transfer of vibrations. These sheets are 1/8” thick, 1/4” wide and 1.5” long. The thickness determines there intended gap plug size. Measure the gap between your coils, most machines will have a slightly under 1/8” gap and this sheet will fit snugly in between this size. It’s important that you measure the gap before purchasing, because there are no returns. You can use a dull flat head screw driver to press it in between the coils. Next you can use some high quality cloth tape to wrap around both coils at once, until a tight unit is achieved. This is the same material used on our O-Rings and has the greatest vibration absorption. This procedure reduces vibrations greatly. SEE MORE DETAILS

Vibration Dampener for Spring Gap 1/32”

These pieces of synthetic material are use in between the Spring and Armature Bar gap and can be used in between the Coil Gap, if needed. Most machines will have a slight gap under the front Spring and Armature Bar. For machines that were designed without the use of an O-Ring, these sheets are a great alternative for reducing vibrations. They can also be used with an O-Ring for added performance. These sheets are 1/32” thick, 1/8” wide and 1.5” long. To install, you simply slide the sheet under the front spring, while pulling on both ends of the sheet towards the rear of the spring. Once its reached the back of the spring, you can release the ends. The sheet should remain in this gap snugly. Next, you cut the excess strips off the sides of the spring with a razor blade. This is the same material used on our O-Rings and has the greatest vibration absorption. This procedure reduces vibrations greatly. SEE MORE DETAILS
