Used in between the Tube Vice gap. The same synthetic material used on our O-Rings. The perfect compliment to all our dampening sheets. Assists in reducing overall machine vibrations. Remove the vice screw and insert sheeting in between gap, you can use small nail scissors to punch a hole for the vice screw. Next remove excess sheeting with a razor blade and reinstall vice screw. Take a look at the clean piece of sheet in between this Tube Vice. Sheets are 3/8” x 1 1/4”

Made from the same material as our O-Rings, the synthetic tape is used to wrap and support both coils in order to reduce vibrations. The CLEAR tape is .014” thick, 1” x 5 1/2” sold in pairs (two pieces), most machines require and allow room for two layers of the CLEAR 1” x 5 1/2” long pieces of tape. It’s advisable to measure the clearance between the side plate frame and coils before purchasing. It all depends on the Tattoo Machine. Remove the rear binding post and move capacitor out of the way, next slide 1 piece of tape with backing into the side plate side of the frame. Now you can remove the backing on each end, use common sense to tug away at each end of the backing, until it comes loose. Tightly wrap the tape around both coils and remove excess with scissors. Repeat procedure with second piece of tape, if needed. Always overlap the end pieces of tape when installed. This tape, when installed, goes over your existing insulation. This tape assists in reducing overall machine vibration and provides additional insulation. You will find this extra insulation, allows your machine to run with less volts or feel a slight increase in power.

These beautiful sleeves protect your fingers from the ache of cranking down the vise when installing your tubes on “Collar” type tube vises. They come in either BLACK or LIGHT MEDICAL BLUE.

Perfectly cut paper towel circles designed for use as paper grommets. Simply place over Armature Bar nipple and press your needle bar over them. You can layer as many circle cut-out as needed to hold the needle bar firmly. Sold in packages of 20 pieces. Designed for armature bar nipples not to exceed 13/64” length and the width .140”, You can also make your own paper grommets by purchasing the special hole punching tool (see Tools). Color may vary either White or Blue.
