These Button Cap Screws are specially made for San Martin Tattoo. They differ from other button cap screws in which these have a WIDER head and a LOWER profile. Making them a perfect fit for our recessed base plates. These are perfect for Tattoo Machine Coils. There are made of hardened alloy steel and are magnetically permeable, which are required for all Tattoo Machine Coils. You must not use brass, silver, or silicone bronze on any coils, these metals are electrical conductive and not magnetically permeable. The Screws wide head provide a superior connection and reduce vibration. Head height: .087” or 2.2mm /Head width: .357” or 9.4mm

These 24 Karat Gold Plated Bullet Connectors are used on the San Martin Tattoo Fat Front Binding posts. They are directly drilled into the front post—right into the contact screw area. They come as a set– One male connector and One Female connector. They are 2mm wide and 12 mm long. They are very tiny and look exotic on any Tattoo Machine. Traditionally all magnetic coils are wired with solder lugs for the front and rear binding posts. However, San Martin Tattoo uses Military Specification Solder lugs in the rear and 24K Gold Plated Bullet Connectors in the front on all its Tattoo machines.

These Beautiful Brass Springs were designed by San Martin Tattoo for traditional tattoo clip cords. They are used on all of our clip cords. Thickness of Brass wire is .045” The end holes are about .300” and the entire spring length is 2 11/16”.

These Beautiful Brass Clips are a perfect compliment to our Brass Springs. They come in either straight L-clip or a coiled L-clip.

Copper, Brass, Silver, and Bronze are perfect for clip cords as they are electrically conductive.

These Beautiful Teflon Shoulder Washers were designed by San Martin Tattoo, they fit most other tattoo machines with at least .277” ( 9/32” ) hole on the machine frame. They are used on all Tattoo Rotary Machines or rear Binding Posts, that require a wider insulated washer (usually small coins). Teflon is a superior insulating material, which is greater than fiber or plastic that is commonly found on most Tattoo Machines. Washers outside diameter is .500” (1/2”) the inside diameter of the center hole is .195 which is the standard size for Tattoo machines screws used, which are 8/32 and M4.The Shoulder on the washer extends .100” Used on Rotary Machines or the Rear Binding post of coil machines.

These Beautiful Brass Rivets are used on all San Martin Tattoo Clip Cords. They are the perfect compliment to the Brass Springs and Washers used on our clip cords. Tubular rivets must be pressed or hammered to clinch the rivet to the clip cord part. The diameter of the rivet is 5/32 and the length of the rivet is 5/16. Four rivets are required for a complete clip cord!

These Beautiful Capacitors are the finest quality you will find. They are miniature Axial Capacitors. Smaller than traditional capacitors on Tattoo Machines. They have a beautiful blue sheen and are compact, so they can be concealed easily in between coils. Shader/ color machines use 47uf and Liner machines use 22uf. Made in Germany

These Beautiful Copper washers are the Best for tattoo binding posts. Copper is Superior to Brass, Bronze and Silicone Bronze. They provide the maximum electrical conductivity. Made in Germany. They are a rare find. All San Martin Tattoo Machines and Clip cords come standard with Copper washers. These washers come in metric Sizes: M4, M5, M6. The M4 washer is close to the 8/32 size. However all the three of these sizes will fit the 8/32. M4= inside diameter (ID) 4.3mm and outside diameter (OD) 9mm. M5= ID 5.3mm/ OD 10mm. M6= ID 6.4mm/ OD 12mm.
